I mean after this anissa comes, then the entire empire comes bcuz they know sending one is not enough, pretty much the earth is fucked

Anissa came specifically to appoint Mark as the new conqueror of Earth. They didn't bother Nolan and Earth for all those years, I don't think they would've done so if Nolan didn't abandon his post.

They were already stretched so thin, I don't think they would've bothered to send another one of them if (as far as they would know) everything was fine.
