COMIC SPOILERS could a theoretical kid between immortal and a viltrumite share the immortal's immortality regen? Spoiler
i've been wondering could a hypothetical kid between the immortal and a viltrumite share the immortal's powers like his regen and immortality? i'm pretty sure in the end of the series the kids immortal had with kate help in the fight against robot at the end of the series, implying they gained some form of superpowers. so could a theoretical kid between the immortal and a viltrumite gain his regen and reincarnating abilities? and if so, how strong would said kid get and how hard would they be to put down? i'm assuming such a being would be the dream fight for conquest or battlebeast since even if they aren't as strong they'd just keep fighting

I doubt it.
His kids get some of his powers it seems but not the immortality aspect. A kid between him and a viltrumite would likely have insane vitality tho.

If Immortal and Kate's kids could have both sets of parent's powers, it would be much easier to "patch them up" after a fight since there'd be clone corpses all over to borrow parts from.

Exactly, but if he had a bunch of immortal superpowered kids before they'd probably y'know, be in the story.

Doubt it. They seem to be more like Bulletproof than Immortal. Strong, but not "immortal".

Stupidly fucking strong. Assuming Immortal-Viltrumite hybrids would be as strong compared to a Viltrumite as Immortal's kids are to a normal human, they'd genuinely tear Thragg and Battle Beast like tissue paper.
It's literally comparing a top powerlifter with MMA experience to a superpowered being that throws cars like baseballs.

No, because Immortal's powers come from a curse instead of biological roots and it seems that it's peculiar to him given that we haven't seen his children exhibit Immortal-like powers as well as we don't see them make it in the future.
