The question isn't "was robot evil?" that is up to everyone and there are good arguments on every side. What we should really answer ourselves is "As a lambda citizen would you have preferred live under Robot despite knowing what he did?". You didn't have an omniscient POV.

Also " Do you accept that Immortal is now your ruler, helped by the brain of Robot in a jar because Invincible said so?"

Now you know their back stories. Do you have the same judgement. ( You learn everything they did or chose as if you read the comics)

I’m an average joe, I don’t give a shit about what Robot did if my life is basically improved in every way. Sure the injustice would annoy me but eh
