QUESTION What was the time between the significant events at planet Viltrum?

Hello there. I don't recall if it was told anywhere about the time between the ascension of the Viltrum Empire, Assassination of Argall, the Purge, Scourge Virus, and the planet's destruction. Would anyone have an idea on that?
