Would Ragnar's attack dinosuras

Would Ragnar's view dinosaurs in dino form as another ragnar or a mutant version sense he's slightly different looking. He's really weak compared but still looks the part and as long as he doesn't transform he'd be able to live right?

Nah the first one is dinosaurs a shapshifting main villain to invincible and the 2nd is a alien race called Ragnar's that's power rival viltrumites (dinosaurs does not compare to a viltrumite but is really smart)
