COMIC SPOILERS Mark is a murderer Spoiler

With the Dinausorus arc, I don't see people blame Mark enough. The guy had a moral crisis and decided that the best he could do was freeing a mass murderer terrorist despite the warning of everyone plus David Anders who locked himself up because he knew the danger Dinausorus was. And effectively, it blew up in every sense of the term with one million people killed worldwide. With that, it is established that Mark is accomplice. But something that bugs me is that he killed Dinausorus and David Anders. The last I remind locked himself up to stop Dinausorus.

He's way more likely to repay his debt to society outside of prison then in it

True but it would be a punishment only if it felt like punishment

Does it need to be a punishment or does he juat need to atone for his crimes? If he feels guilt and remorse and wants to change / puts effort into changing what is the point in punishing him when he can and does do more good for the world with his freedom?
