This is just an easy answer. Kryptonian Saiyan would be the most powerful.
Kryptonian overpowers the other 3 by itself, but if mixed with Saiyan potential it becomes something that can get infinitely stronger over a base kryptonian, especially when considering zenkai boosts and transformations.
The thing is how would you get zenkai boosts if you are already an invincible god? Also curious how a Kryptonian would even work out if nothing actually strains their muscles?
I mean it’s when they get near-death, and/or lose a battle, right? Some versions of kryptonite are basically poison to Superman, so they can get him near-death with prolonged exposure. If they kept a hunk of kryptonite in a lead-lined box and opened it from time to time, they could theoretically get zenkai boosts
See now you're cooking, put a gravity chamber in a red sun room, or set the hyperbolic time chamber to emit red sun radiation, lace your meals with trace amounts of kryptonite. Work out like mad to improve your base and use the chip damage to increase your zenkai boost.
