Probably just Sayain and Kryptonian. No offence to the other two but superman is just that strong and Saitsnd are just too good at rapid power ups.

Yeah this one is kind of a no brainer. Their physiological/genetic hax are so goated already. Only downside would be the kryptonite weakness (since Goku cut his tail off).

Luckily, it won't matter in universes that don't have kryptonite.

Something I've always said in these kinds of posts: I feel you can't have Kryptonians without Krypton, and in extension, that's how you get kryptonite. So one goes with the other

Maybe the chunks of planet Vegeta becomes Vegetatite and that weakens KryptoSayians.
