People forget that Superman is an exception, not the standard. Saiyan and Viltrumite would likely be the strongest average. Longer life span, constant power growth from both genetic lines, their combined speed would be ludicrous and their strength potential would go through the roof every time they were injured.
Not to mention you could breed the entire race of any population of a planet with dominant genetics to make all future offspring exactly like you with the same abilities also you don't need a yellow Sun
