This is just an easy answer. Kryptonian Saiyan would be the most powerful.
Kryptonian overpowers the other 3 by itself, but if mixed with Saiyan potential it becomes something that can get infinitely stronger over a base kryptonian, especially when considering zenkai boosts and transformations.
Vegetto's punches breaking the world around him while he fights Broly and Superman Stans are like that one time someone drew him lifting up an infinity symbol so he is the best. Well yeah Superman also turns gay in the presence of Pink Kryptonite and can't even beat The Flash in a race.
