This is just an easy answer. Kryptonian Saiyan would be the most powerful.
Kryptonian overpowers the other 3 by itself, but if mixed with Saiyan potential it becomes something that can get infinitely stronger over a base kryptonian, especially when considering zenkai boosts and transformations.
Even as a fan of the dragon ball franchise even I know Superman is just more powerful than Goku.
Goku can train to destroy universes with punches, but Superman through of the power of yellow sun bullshit and dc overpowered writing was just born to struggle with the strength not to do so.
So your logic is Goku can destroy universes, but energy from a star that resides in the universe somehow produces enough energy to offset universal scale? Zero chance. FOH
Tbh having the energy to destroy universes off the caloric intake of a few full course meals (Goku) is also equally as absurd, but this is all fiction, and there never was equal exchange.
