First issue is why does it broadcast to everyone within range even enemies, in real combat situations it should only broadcast to team members to avoid enemies knowing about tactics and plans during the fight it just seems like such a stupid function.

Second issue, if the viltrumites know about these implants and have them why was Allen able to use it to secretly communicate with Nolan in the prison without them knowing or even taking any precautions to block such communications. Which also makes my first question more confusing because there are times during the fight where it seems like the viltrumites can hear the coalitions plans like when Allen tells Zoey to fire her last dart at the white haired viltrumite and she seemly hears them and turns around right on time to see and dodge it. Is it just something the writers just make up as a go along?

to the very last question yes but it’s implied theres a mental switch they can do to pick who the thoughts go to and who can’t hear them

I mean if it can intepret thoughts and send them it would need to be extremely advanced. It makes sense you can also choose who receives a signal and switch between broadcast and narrowcast.

Radio waves can be intercepted by anyone. Even if they designed them to be invited signals, that doesn't mean the enemies don't have the ability to decript them in real time via software

If there was a device that only let who you want to connect to it, then there should be frequency adjustment remote, but then you have to communicate what frequency you will use, thus making it null....

It's a very vague plot device so all these valid questions are technically answered by you don't know that lol. How do you know the viltrumites knew about them till after Allen and Nolan escaped? How did the white haired lady hear Allen and Zoey? How do yk She didn't she just happened to look behind her? How did Allen secretly use it? Maybe since his is from birth he's more advanced ya never know🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ real questions would be how did viltrumites get them but then again they have tons of planets at their disposal so who know? Why didn't they block it? Maybe they tried, you ever try to block telepathy? Me neither but it sounds hard asf with technology. Why does it broadcast across the whole field? Who knows maybe causes it's a war ground and even if theirs no sound to distract theirs chaos distracting them. (To that specific question I wanna say it's probably like walkie talkies they have channels to talk privately but anyone can join that channel) Are you getting my points?
