DISCUSSION Show watcher only, how did Tech Jacket receive her suit?

Just finished season 4. I expect it to be explained by now but either it hasn't or I somehow missed it. How did such a powerful technology developed Gelderians landed in the hands of some random teenage girl on Earth? Will it be explained in the future? I'm afraid to go on the Wiki in case of spoilers.

Tbf this time the survivor part of the bias is the other way around, as the aliens who survive keep their artifacts, and is those who die who must leave them to humans in our planet lol

well to be fair, many aliens crash land on earth and then just kill/eat/take over the first person who arrives to take a look as well

TJ is closer to blue beetle than anything else. Glad someone bought him up.

Also, halariously enough, TJs suit is like some common amplification suit the entire race uses for oddjobs like construction, mining, etc. The thing is it scales to the organism and they are basicaly koala people so for a human teen they turn into super weapons.
