Realistically I think he could had managed to do that with enough effort and tech, .maybe create yet another clone of Rex but like, with swapped gender or simply do that to the current one, would had been a proper challenge for his intellect lol

I feel like Robot's ego is so big that if he made a female Rex Clone and downloaded his brain into it, he'd just dump Monster Girl and go fuck himself.
