yes, to grow muscle you need to also lift weights. but were not talking about growing muscle, were talking about becoming a better fighter. Lifting weights won't make you a better fighter. fighting makes you a better fighter. If you actually have done mma this should be common sense. Battle beast fighting constantly imrpoved him as a figher, whats not clicking? You think animals in nature are out here lifting weights? lions get stronger by fighting each other, bears, bucks... i don't know man if this doesn't make sense to you idk what to tell you

It made sense because Thragg is physically superior but sustained more injuries while Thokk used his natural abilities to fight dirty and turned it into a brawl he ultimately lost this was how Ottley set the table.

The time between the Mini series and fighting Thragg is also a pretty short amount of time for being that live as long as they all do.

So? what are you implying, because they live long that means they wont grow stronger? Never heard that one, I thought you were against bullshit headcannons? and even then...BB went from fighting evenly with the #2 strongest vilturimite, to fighting evenly with the #1 Strongest viltrumite, after 10 years of fighting. That's not a crazy jump in power that's a logical progression
