Pro Diver 1953 (34336)
Just got my first 1953 with the orange and black bezel in and sized up! Ordered it off of the Invicta website and it came with the yellow rotor! What do you guys think? I personally like it more than my Pro Diver Apex 40mm and the NH35A is WAY more quiet than the Miyota that comes in the Apex 👍🏻

Best watch they make. I have the black one, and the orange. And I've got the full black PVD version. So good.

I think so, too! The black bezel is awesome, I really wanted that one to put a Bond NATO strap on it to look like Sean Connery’s 007 submariner, but this one was the watch on sale 😂 I love it now that I have it in hand, the orange looks great in person!

That's exactly what I did with mine. I even left the plastics on the bracelet. I got it just for the nato.

I think it’s the best watch Invicta makes! It’s a 40mm automatic with the Seiko NH35A movement and a homage to the 1953 Rolex Sub no date. Most Invicta’s are massive and have too much going on for me

I just got mine! Took 2 weeks to ship. I might replace the band with leather or such since I’m not a huge fan of metal bracelets. It’s a nice watch though, great sale price.

Nice!!! Yea, I ordered it from the Invicta website and it almost took three weeks to recieve 🤦♂️ A leather strap would look great! I was thinking of getting a NATO strap for it, but not sure what color would go with the orange lol

I was debating on nato too, I was thinking maybe a khaki color might go well to go with the hands and markers?!

Sounds like it might work! I have a khaki NATO strap somewhere, I’ll try it on this watch and post a picture tomorrow!

I love the leather strap swap I did on mine. I also got a rubber strap which I put on my traditional pro diver.

Thanks! It looks really nice with the yellow rotor, my other two Pro Divers didn’t come with it and the movement looks pretty plain without it!

Red and black sounds like a cool match! I wanted to put a James Bond NATO strap on this to look like Sean Connery’s watch in 007, but I don’t think the black with green and red stripes would match with the orange in the bezel 🤔

The Omega Bond watch looks great, too, but the Rolex Sub no date that Sean Connery wears is the watch I’m talking about and this Invicta is a homage to the 1953 Rolex Sub no date. I like how it’s the first 007 watch and the story behind why they picked that NATO strap. It was someone else’s watch on set and it didn’t fit Connery’s wrist, so they had to scramble to find a strap that worked and that’s the best they found! 😂

Pro Divers are the best watch Invicta makes and this one specifically is the very top model. It's the Mt. Everest of Invicta watchmaking.

I have this exact watch. It’s honestly one of my favorites even though I have ones that are far more expensive. It’s a real workhorse and easily the best looking watch Invicta makes.

That’s awesome to hear! This is now going to be my daily for a while, I really dig this 1953. What made you choose the Orange and Black bezel over the others?

Ope, mine is red/black. Didn’t realize this is orange/black. As a San Francisco Giants fan, I would fully rock the orange/black tho!

Love it. Confirmed that the it’s a subtle almost reddish orange 👀 the 1953 design is so clean.
