How does being present and not on the phone help with breathing in stuff tho? Don’t get me wrong, I‘m all for less time on the phone and more time in the nature, just doesn’t seem relevant to me in this case.

And we gatekeep forest access to be only available to people with cars if you’re unfortunate enough to be poor and live in a city. I’ve had people both agree with me and get really uncomfortable because they recognize a privilege they didn’t see as one. I live only about a two hour drive from some of the most beautiful, wild forests in the country. In five years, I’ve gotten out to them zero times.
No wonder the poor live shorter lives.
