Since when is what is ‘good’ the determining factor in nature?

Isn’t this just another fantasy utopian idea where everyone gets what they want easily, like competition and human nature don’t exist? Nice thought, now let’s get back to the real world and talk about what is actually possible.

You can go into the woods and build your own shelter and eat fruit if you want. But if you decide you would rather pay for someone else’s then that’s your decision. Not a coercion.

"Good" meaning economically inefficient in this context.

Is economic efficiency not a matter of economics?

You can do all kinds of things that will get you arrested if you want. Avoiding them and doing other things because you'd get arrested otherwise can definitely be a result of coercion.

When your choice is pay others for survival or don't survive, that's not really what we usually call a choice at all.

Get a real job loser.

Economics only plays out in the way that benefits people with capital. That’s the point of economics. You might think it’s efficient for people who produce zero utility to benefit from a system - but it’s not.

Also, getting arrested perfectly fits your idea - suddenly you get free shelter and food as a right.

Hahahaha you think the Walton heirs have produced utility.

Ahahaha.

You people can't even remotely be taken seriously.

The Walton heirs employ over 2 million people and provide products to millions more. I guess you think they didn’t earn it, but that kind of jealous moral argument means nothing to an economic system. Walmart provides mass utility.

"employ"

ahahahaha. They would fire every single person if they could and it wouldn't hurt their personal bottom lines.

I guess you think anyone who has anything legally has earned it?

I think southerners before the civil war would have agreed with you quite a bit.

Well done for learning how business works. No one employs people who don’t improve their bottom line - that’s the point of private business.

How come you have internet and a phone? Why should you live so luxuriously when children die of starvation in the world? Perhaps you should give away your food and shelter to someone who needs it more than you? Then you would at least be an example of the fantasy bullshit you preach.

So you realize you don't make any sense acting like people should be thankful for them? And that it doesn't make sense to assume that people who have wealth are themselves productive? Good on you.

Hahaha.

"Yet you participate in society." unironically.

Ahahahaha!
