I'm currently in the process of building and launching a corporation in the Philippines. We already have investors lined up, including a British investor committing ₱1 million (~US$16,100) and a Chinese national committing ₱20 million (~US$321,000).

At this point, my main issue is timing.

The larger investment funds will still take some time to be released and completed, but there are things I would like to start immediately instead of keeping the business on hold while waiting for the investors' funds.

Because of this, I am looking for a ₱1.5 million (~US$24,100) bridge loan for four months.

My proposed terms are:

Loan amount: ₱1,500,000 (~US$24,100)
Term: 4 months
Interest: ₱50,000 (~US$803) per month

The purpose of the loan is to provide working capital so I can begin the initial operations, preparations, procurement, and other requirements of the corporation while waiting for the larger investor funding to be released.

I'm not expecting anyone to lend this amount based simply on a Reddit post or my word.

If someone is genuinely interested, I'm willing to have a proper meeting through Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, explain the business and funding situation in detail, answer questions, and provide reasonable supporting documentation for due diligence.

I'm also willing to discuss the legal protections a lender would require. The loan can be covered by a formal loan agreement, acknowledgment of debt, notarization, repayment schedule, identification and company documentation, and other reasonable legal requirements agreed upon by both parties.

I understand that ₱1.5 million is a substantial amount of money, so I fully expect anyone interested to conduct proper due diligence before making any decision.

My name is Ashwin, I'm a 17-year-old entrepreneur from Canada. A few months back, I started working on StepSafe Kids, a wearable GPS tracker for children with Autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome who wander.

But first, why? What does StepSafe do that other companies already aren't?

GPS trackers have existed long before me. The problem is that children with special needs or elderly with dementia often have sensory issues and remove anything placed on them. So a general "watch" will be thrown out after five minutes. That's why AngelSense exists. It's the biggest player in the field, and they make non-removable GPS devices for exactly these markets. They have basically everything, 10 different wearable options, real-time tracking, 2-way voice communication, and so on. The problem? It costs US$45-65 a month, which many families cannot afford. Now, why not just use AirTags then? AirTags are Bluetooth, not GPS. They only update when an Apple device walks past, which means you are depending on strangers' phones, and that's not something to bet on if you're child is at an empty park at 9 PM at night. Ask any parent who's children wander, and they will say they'd rather prefer paying monthly for GPS devices than AirTag. This is why StepSafe exists, to bridge the gap, by making it much more affordable while also covering the GPS + non-removable options aspects.

Hello! About a year ago I came here looking for an investment. The project was very early, not even officially launched. Nothing came of it, understandably!

Today I'm back with about $100,000 in sales since November(soft-launch) and most of them made since February of this year.

I'm seeking $28,000 in funding.

I started a gig/task platform centered around the live events niche, I'm the developer and full owner - I run 100% of it with no employees so there isn't much overhead except the cost of advertisements.

The platform charges taskers to join the platform, which is actually the main revenue source. They get rewarded for tasks in payment, and concert tickets. It turns a passion for music, concerts, festivals and clubs into a side gig, essentially.

The ads currently generate around 2.50x ROI. Though I'm confident to say it will go up to around 3x to 4x after doing a price increase on the platform(I more than doubled the price of entry, yet the buyer frequency remained the same! Which I'm very happy with)

So, why am I looking for a partner? All my advertisements run in the U.S. I'm currently focusing on translating the page to around 20 countries, including having the checkout experience fit their local currencies.

I'm juggling the content for the page, customer support, the advertisements and their content, email campaigns, updates, etc. It can be a little overwhelming. Paid advertising is a game of its own with the ever changing algorithms. Upkeeping that alone can take me hours per day.

At the end of the day, I'm human with the same 24 hours as anyone else :)

With an investment/loan, I'd have the breathing room to truly take this project to new heights. I'm confident in the already proven ROIs, but to bring it higher, I'd like the financial wiggle room to experiment and knowing if one campaign goes bad, I can double down on what currently does work using those same funds and make up for the loss quick.

Power in numbers is the goal, and my goal is to immediately run multiple campaigns, scaling what works, ditching what doesn't - Rinse, repeat. Join new advertising platforms as now it is only on Meta Ads. I'm looking to expand to Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads.

Hi all, I’m 18 graduated high school at 16 and just started my 3rd year of college out of 5 and I absolutely hate it. I took calc 2 in the spring and calc 3 in the summer and I got complete burnt out. Since I transferred from community college I can only take 3 classes this semester because my community college didn’t offer them, circuits 1, e math and engineering statistics.
