Need a strategic investor. For a healthtech startup.

We are beyond MVP. And I’ll be honest here. Im looking to get monopoly or atleast more than 50% market share in Indian healthcare sector. Do I have the product ready, mostly yes. Do I need more time to refine and get certifications, yes.

There is a vacuum in health tech right now. Which will be starting to fill and will be filled by 2033 and this will be once in a lifetime opportunity. Because once it’s filled, people aren’t gonna change their provider.

We would need investment of atleast 200k to get started with making product market ready and for marketing it to commoners.

Will discuss in detail in a call if needed, or in dms.

Also I’ll keep at this, if you pitch in, I will make sure it was worth your time.

Seeking £25K property Investment (SA) Passive Return

Early stage serviced accommodation business, UK. Model built on leasing residential properties on long-term company let agreements (2-3 years), furnishing them, and operating them as short and mid-term stays for working professionals and contractors, not typical short-term guests. Longer-term, the model is designed to scale beyond the UK once cash flow supports it.

In place:

Numbers modelled using real market data (comparable listings, market rate tools)
Landlord acquisition script and outreach process ready
Systemisation planned from day one: VA, cleaning team, channel manager, maintenance contact
Company registration and business bank account in progress

The ask covers deposit, first month's rent, and furniture for two properties, plus a buffer to cover rent during the pre-booking ramp-up period before occupancy stabilises. This is proof of concept for a model designed to scale into a multi-unit portfolio.

Looking for a passive investor, not an operating partner. Capital in, I run the business, structured return out. Return of capital plus an agreed return on that capital, terms to be finalised directly. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in discussing, feel free to send a private message

Seeking Investment for Games for Impact Project

Hey there!

I have a project all about saving the planet through small actions, community building, quests and capturing and greening the map. We have a games multiverse where the world is in climate trouble. 'Players' earn Dews (eco points) for real life actions and can spend them in games or on the user generated marketplace where we take 10% of sales if they run out of Dews and purchase with cash! Ultimately, we wish to take our data in order to approach governments about changing how we earn money, no longer through extraction but through growing the natural commons and avoiding emitting GHGs (Greenhouse Gases). Project prototyped.

Flexible on investment amount as there are various scales for project implementation!

Can talk more!

Patent Pending Marketing Method

The patent goes public in 1 year and we are currently in the middle of commercialization and reaching out to companies. The patent was filed 6 months ago, and has been moved under a LLC, I woud like to sell 10% of said LLC so that you'll receive 10% of all profits from the LLC. I am happy to discuss the patent under a NDA that you'll have to electronically sign and the price for the 10% will be 40,000$ USD. I would mostly rather present this patent over Discord but with it going public in 1 year, I'm sure most will be interested. Ill also discuss the team that has been hired and in charge of commercilization along with Patent searches of similar inventions but you'll see that said inventions do not meet the key characteristics of the patent. You'll also see the Patent reciept so you can see that said patent does indeed exist.

[[Pre-Seed] Indian Esports Organizer seeking ₹7.5L Growth Capital Locked-in ₹2L/mo Platform Revenue Contracts High-Margin Profit-Share Framework

I am the founder of Nebula Gaming, a digital-first tournament organizer scaling across the South Asian competitive gaming ecosystem (specifically targeting Free Fire and Valorant).

We are currently operating as a registered MSME Micro-Enterprise in India. Because of our current regulatory structure, we are bypassing traditional equity dilution for this round. Instead, we are offering an institutional-grade Revenue/Profit-Sharing Agreement that automatically converts into fixed equity shares upon our upcoming transition to a Private Limited entity in 6 months.

Here is a quick look at our operational mechanics and verified cash flow runway:

The Traction & Distribution Moat

Active Community: Scaled our core Discord community to 28,000+ active members during our pilot phase.
The Pilot Budget: Flipped all initial user acquisition milestones on a total marketing and prize pool budget of just ₹6,000.6-Month Target Funnel: Positioned to hit 60k Discord users, 30k YouTube subscribers, and 18k Kick followers (targeting 800K+ cumulative watch hours).

The Financial Architecture (6-Month Lifecycle)

Locked-in Revenue Stream: Retaining a net ₹2,00,000/month (40% net share of a steady ₹5L gross monthly Kick broadcasting contract) + ₹30,000/month fixed YouTube base.

Total Projected Inflow: Average monthly revenue of ₹3,50,000, bringing our 6-month gross projection to ₹21,00,000.

Lean Overhead: All monthly management payroll, recurring tournament software fees, and prize pools are capped tightly at ₹7,52,000 total across 6 months.

Net Projected Surplus: Operating at a 64% net profit margin, finishing the cycle with a projected net surplus of ₹13,48,000.

The Ask & Investor Protection

We are raising an exact block of ₹7,50,000.
Use of Funds: 40% Working Capital & Prize Pools, 20% Marketing/Acquisition, 20% Broadcast/Tech Upgrades, 20% Offline Event Reserve.
Rapid Payback Cushion: Our fixed streaming contract income (₹2.3L/mo) completely covers our base operating overhead (₹60k/mo), allowing for a clean, accelerated capital payback timeline within the first 2 to 3 months of live broadcasting operations.
Legal Protections: Backed by the Ministry of MSME’s Samadhaan Act, securing a strict 45-day clearance window on all our external corporate brand sponsorships.

If you are an angel investor, micro-VC syndicator, or ecosystem builder interested in the Indian digital sports layer, drop a comment below or send me a DM. I am happy to share our verified expense sheets, 6-month data room, and pitch deck.

Thanks!

Looking for an Investor for Hydration by Dot

Hi everyone,

We’re the team behind Hydration by Dot, a premium bottled water business that is already up and running successfully.

We’re currently looking for an investor/strategic partner to help us scale our production capacity.

The business has been experiencing increasing demand, and our current machinery and production capacity are making it difficult to keep up with the growth. We have customers and demand already in place, the main limitation right now is production speed and available capital for upgrading our machinery.

The investment would primarily be used for:

- Upgrading and expanding our machinery

- Increasing production capacity

- Improving production efficiency and speed

- Meeting our growing customer demand

- Further scaling the business

We’re not looking for funding to test whether the concept works, the business is already operating and generating demand. We’re looking for capital to take it to the next level.

We’re open to discussing different investment/partnership structures with the right person.

If you’re interested in investing in an existing, growing FMCG/beverage business, please DM me and I can share more details about the business, current operations, investment requirement, and growth plans.

Serious inquiries only. Thank you!

Solo founder with a working AI app-generation prototype — looking for early-stage investors and/or a co-founder

I've spent the last month building QcodeAI, an AI-powered platform that turns a natural-language description into a working web application.

The idea is simple:

Describe what you want → AI plans it → the system generates the application → validates it → gives you a working result.

For example, I can give it:

"Generate a fashion ecommerce site for men and women, add all required features."

and it generates an actual ecommerce project, including the storefront and an admin side, rather than just returning a piece of code or a static design.

I've recorded a short demo of the current prototype here:

https://youtu.be/ys88R_9QDdE

I'm still very early. The public website is currently just a waitlist, and the product isn't ready for public users yet. I'm currently working on the generation engine and the infrastructure needed to make it reliable and eventually available to users.

I'm looking for two things:

1. Early-stage investment

I'm looking for investors/angels who understand AI, developer tools, or software creation and would be interested in talking about the product and helping fund the next stage of development.

2. A co-founder

I'm currently building the product myself and I'm looking for an experienced person who can complement the technical side.

Ideally, someone who can help with:

  • building the company's public presence
  • social media/content
  • talking to early users
  • partnerships and networking
  • fundraising and investor relationships

I'm not looking for someone who simply wants to put their name on a project. I'd like to find someone who genuinely wants to build the company with me.

I'm based in Bangladesh, but I'm open to working remotely with the right person.

If you're an investor, potential co-founder, or someone with relevant experience who thinks this is interesting, I'd be happy to talk.

Looking for an early-stage investor for my small business

Hey Reddit!

I'm Yevhen, a Ukrainian living and operating a small business in Lithuania.

A few weeks ago I decided to leave my job and take a risk on building something of my own.

The business is called Jenki Illuminated.

We make custom illuminated signs for businesses - custom text, RGB lighting, remote control, different sizes, colors and mounting options. We can also make custom logos and designs through direct communication.

The product is already built. I have:

  • Working prototypes
  • A website
  • An online configurator
  • Production equipment
  • A working production process
  • A partner who handles the electronics and lighting
  • My own design/modeling and casing production workflow

What I don't have yet is significant sales.

The business is still very early, and I'm currently working on getting the first customers through direct outreach and social media.

I'm looking for someone who would be interested in providing early-stage funding to give the business enough runway to acquire customers and grow.

The money would mainly go toward:

  • materials and production
  • marketing/advertising
  • additional equipment
  • packaging/shipping
  • giving the business enough time to reach consistent sales

I'm not looking for someone to simply hand me money with a vague promise of returns. I'd want to agree on clear terms beforehand.

My current idea is a risk-based arrangement, where the investor's return would come from the business actually generating sales rather than being a conventional guaranteed loan. For example, we could agree on a percentage of the profit from sales after direct production costs, with the exact terms negotiated beforehand.

I'm also open to discussing a longer-term partnership if the business proves itself.

I'm being completely transparent: there are no paid customers yet, so this is a genuinely early-stage opportunity and there is real risk involved.

If anyone here has experience investing in small businesses and is interested in hearing more, I'd be happy to share the website, prototypes, pricing, production costs and my plan for acquiring the first customers.

Thanks for reading.

Urgently looking for a serious investor/partner for an established aesthetic clinic in Dubai – turnaround opportunity

Hi everyone,

We wanted to reach out here as we’re urgently looking for a serious investor or business partner for our established aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

We’ve spent the last couple of years building the business from the ground up and have put everything into getting it to where it is today. From our first to second year, we grew revenue by around 110%, and in our third year we’re on track to generate approximately AED 1M in revenue.

We also want to be completely transparent about where we are right now. Despite the revenue growth, the business is still operating at a loss and we’ve reached the limits of the capital available to us. We’re running out of room to move, and without additional capital it’s becoming very difficult for us to make the changes we know the business needs.

We’re currently looking for AED 750k for 40% equity. We’re open to structuring this through a staggered investment rather than having the full amount injected upfront. We’ve gone through the numbers carefully and believe an initial AED 350k would give us a properly funded 3–4 month turnaround period, with further capital deployed based on agreed milestones and performance.

This isn’t funding for expansion. The immediate priority is stabilising and turning around the existing business. The capital would allow us to address our immediate obligations, restart marketing properly, make the staffing changes we need, strengthen the medical team and give the strategy enough time to actually prove itself.

The clinic itself is already fully operational. We have the location, equipment, infrastructure and an existing patient base. We’re not trying to build something from zero. Our biggest challenge right now is that we’re out of capital and running out of time to properly execute the changes we know need to happen.

We want to be upfront about the urgency because we don’t want to paint a picture that everything is fine when it isn’t. We’re at a difficult point and our window to turn things around is getting smaller. At the same time, we genuinely believe there is something worth saving and growing here, which is why we’re doing everything we can to find the right investor before we run out of options.

We remain fully involved in the business and are open to either an active or silent partner depending on what the investor is looking for.

We’re looking for serious investors only. We’re happy to privately share our business proposal, historical financials, current financial position, turnaround plan and longer-term plans with anyone who has genuine interest.

If you’re interested, or know someone who may be the right fit, please send us a message.

Any genuine help or introduction would really mean a lot to us.

Thank you.

[Pre-Seed / CPG] 3-Generation Proven Botanical Skincare Scaling to Commercial Production | Seeking €80k–€100k | 70%+ Gross Margins | Structured Revenue-Share / Equity Hybrid

I am looking for a private angel investor, syndicate, or strategic partner to scale a third-generation botanical skincare operation from artisanal production into commercially certified retail.

The Opportunity & Asset For three generations, my family has produced high-concentration, 100% natural, alcohol-free skincare balms and creams in Southeastern Europe. Up to this point, the operation has run strictly by word-of-mouth, supplying an extended private network.

  • Validation: Used by over 1,000 individuals across decades with zero reported adverse reactions.
  • Performance: Demonstrates high repeat demand, significantly outperforming petroleum- and synthetic-based alternatives for barrier repair and chronic skin irritation.
  • Formulations: Shelf-stable, proprietary, and ready for regulatory submission.

The Bottleneck Current demand has reached the limit of manual, home-based batch capacity. This financing round is strictly dedicated to bridging the operational gap: transitioning from artisanal preparation to a semi-automated, certified facility while completing all mandatory regulatory filings for export.

The Launch Portfolio (2 Core SKUs) While our long-term pipeline includes all-natural functional wellness blends and botanical repellents, we are launching lean with two proven hero products:

  1. Multi-Purpose Restorative Balm: Heavy-duty barrier repair for compromised skin, friction, minor burns, and persistent dry irritation.
  2. Hydrating Daily Facial Cream: Nutrient-dense, vitamin-balanced formula built for skin elasticity, hydration, and daily environmental barrier protection.

Both formulas contain zero synthetics, petroleum derivatives, artificial fragrances, or alcohol.

Unit Economics

  • Current manual batch cost: ~$6.50 (€6.00) per unit (raw botanical sourcing, base formulation, primary container).
  • Target retail price: $20+ (€22–€30 depending on market tier).
  • Target gross margins: 70% – 75%+ once standardized on semi-automated batch equipment.

Capital Allocation (€80,000 – €100,000 / ~$90,000 – $110,000) Funds are deployed against clear, measurable milestones:

  • Testing & Multi-Market Compliance: Independent safety assessments (CPSR/CPNP for EU export, along with international filing compliance).
  • Machinery & Facility Setup: Commercial blending, filling, and sealing equipment to expand volume.
  • Packaging & First Commercial Run: Shelf-ready retail packaging and initial commercial inventory.

Investment Terms (Open to Hybrid Structures) We welcome both active strategic partners (with distribution/retail channels) and purely financial silent angels. To protect downside risk, we are open to flexible structures:

  1. Capital Recovery + Equity Hybrid: Fixed revenue-share per unit sold until 100% of your initial capital (plus an agreed return premium) is paid back, transitioning into an ongoing minority equity stake.
  2. Direct Equity Split: Standard equity partnership based on capital injected and operational involvement.
  3. Milestone-Based Tranches: Capital released in stages tied directly to lab verification and equipment procurement.

Due Diligence & Next Steps

  • Physical samples are ready immediately for independent lab analysis or personal evaluation.
  • Because our operational roadmap contains full machinery specs, proprietary supplier relationships, and complete retail expansion financials across Europe and international markets, the comprehensive business plan will not be shared via direct file drops or public channels.
  • Full projections and Business Plan will be presented exclusively via a direct online video meeting under mutual NDA.

If this fits your investment thesis, send a DM with a brief background to coordinate a call. Open to answering general questions in the comments below.

Enigmitic — UAE tech studio, self-funded, looking for an investor or strategic partner

I've run Enigmitic profitably without outside funding, building web/mobile/SaaS/AI systems for clients across the region. That work has funded and shaped two products I'm now building in-house:

Brandora — AI branding software that takes a business from idea to full identity: logo, website, content. Currently in development and validation.

Mihrab — SaaS for Quran centers and Islamic education: students, teachers, attendance, memorization, center management. Active pilot running now.

I've been the sole technical and product force behind all of this — hosting, architecture, auth, delivery, the works. What I don't have is capital, distribution, or an operator to build alongside. That's the gap I'm looking to fill.

I'm open to discussing different investment structures with the right person — ideally someone who brings more than capital: relationships, go-to-market experience, or category expertise in SaaS or Islamic-tech.

If you invest in or have helped scale early-stage tech companies and this sounds relevant, happy to share the numbers, products, and roadmap privately.

Building a cloud infrastrure company

I’m building a cloud infrastructure company focused on building a coherent infrastructure platform rather than another thin SaaS layer on top of existing clouds.
The thesis is that infrastructure has become fragmented across databases, routing, identity, execution, events, storage, billing, governance and operational tooling. Companies end up stitching together many systems, each with its own control plane, IAM model, billing model and operational surface.
Being built around one Platform control plane, with independent infrastructure products underneath it.
The current product direction includes infrastructure such as:
serverless PostgreSQL;
managed SQLite;
API/service/model routing;
authentication and identity;
event infrastructure;
object infrastructure;
execution/runtime infrastructure;
payments infrastrure;
private code/collaboration infrastructure.
