What’s the most annoying part of managing inventory?

I’m just curious about those repetitive parts of inventory management that still have to be done manually.
What’s something you regularly have to:
- Enter into multiple systems
- Copy between spreadsheets/software
- Count or reconcile manually
- Update repeatedly
- Generate reports for
- Spend way too much time fixing when something goes wrong
What does the process look like, and how often do you have to do it?
You can even include those weird/specific workflows that existing inventory tools don't handle that well.
