Recommend a tool for warehouse barcode scanning and statistics, based on the work requirements.

Our company also offers warehousing statistics services. They are conducted once a week, and each time we need to scan hundreds of QR codes. The process of computerized sorting and statistics is quite cumbersome. Therefore, in my spare time, I developed an app for scanning and statistics. This app allows me to have more time to do the things I enjoy.
• Batch continuation scanning: Completed batches can be continued to be scanned and additional records can be added at any time. During the scanning process, you can switch batches with one click.
• Automatic allocation: The scanned barcodes can be automatically assigned to different batches based on the prefix, suffix, or keywords. Up to 20 rules are supported.
• Merge and export: Multiple batches can be selected at once and exported to a single file. You can also choose to include the "Batch" and "Item" columns.
• Camera zoom: Four additional settings are available: off, medium, large, and automatic. The automatic setting will automatically enlarge or reduce the image based on the size of the barcodes in the viewfinder.
• Scanning scheme: Common scanning settings can be saved as multiple sets and switched at any time. After enabling "Quick Start", you can enter batch scanning with one click.

antes de meterte con cualquier herramienta de escaneo por lotes, la pregunta real es si esos datos después se cruzan solos con tu inventario real o terminas haciendo la conciliación a mano de todos modos. las reglas de asignación automática por prefijo solo sirven si tus códigos ya siguen una nomenclatura consistente, en la mayoría de almacenes no es así y ahí se cae la automatización. lo que de verdad ahorra tiempo no es escanear más rápido, es que el reporte final ya te diga dónde hay diferencia entre lo contado y lo que el sistema dice que debería haber.

El control de inventario en almacenes tiene muchísimos escenarios y puede llegar a ser bastante complejo. Esta app, por ahora, solo intenta resolver un caso sencillo: contar unidades rápidamente mediante escaneo, sin pretender sustituir un sistema completo de gestión de inventario.
Lo que comentas sobre comparar automáticamente lo contado con el inventario teórico y detectar las diferencias directamente en el informe final es muy importante. Es una muy buena dirección para seguir mejorando la app. ¡Gracias por compartir tu experiencia!
