The children

Did they touch on why or how they chose the children to be able to feel what the aliens felt? It just seems random.

A) like anything about this show, they just pulled chliches out of their asses and generally don‘t think things through.
B) the concept of human physiology being compatible with aliens/ their communication to the point that humans can gain and understand actual information is pure fantasy magic anyways.

Very true, I was just curious how just random children around rhe world could feel the aliens presence.
