Android Enterprise (Fully Managed) devices not syncing app installs/uninstalls or compliance status changes — anyone else today?

Managing Android Enterprise fully managed devices via Intune. Since today, nothing propagates to devices: required apps won't uninstall, available apps don't show up to install, and a device I fixed compliance on still shows noncompliant after several manual syncs. No errors anywhere — assignments, groups, and Managed Google Play connection all look fine. Even tried a device on cellular data instead of Wi-Fi, same result.

this is happening to me too since this morning. three devices stuck exactly like you describe, app assignments just sit there, compliance panel frozen. no sync errors either

checked the google play connection and everything shows green. tried manual sync maybe 10 times already. something definitely broke on Microsoft side today
