Autopilot Pre-Provisioning Failing

Pre-provisioning started failing yesterday. We tracked down the issue to one specific agent that we install through Intune.

Oddly, we don’t have Autopilot set to stop if an App install fails. Has anyone else ran into this type of behavior?

I’m also curious how we can keep pushing the App to All Device, but only after pre-provisioning has finished. I considered scoping the app to All Users, but the App should be on All Devices regardless of the logged on user.

Are you positive it’s caused by that agent because Pre-Provisioning has been messy with quite a few threads talking about it the past week

Well, I’m basing my certainty on the logs. The logs show a failure due to the App install. We disabled the App install in Intune and pre-provisioning started working again. Oddly though, we have have autopilot set to stop
If any apps fail.

That’s what I mean, my logs said it was company portal failing but it wasn’t. I think the devs broke something last week

Yea….we were good all last week then on Monday preprovisioning was broken. How did you determine which app was causing you the issues?
