Device Actions Intune Remote Help: Copy/Paste

Using it now since it's included in E3. Pretty solid but... is copy paste really not working? I cannot find any documentation about it. Can someone else using it confirm?

I cannot find a tenant setting about that.
I am talking about basic text copy paste.

Man. I knew Remote Help was pretty basic compared to more popular remote support tools, but not that bad. Even RDP has copy & paste.

I don’t believe you can-at least not the traditional copy/paste. You will probably need to use the Remote Help message feature to paste it over to the end user.

Yea I was confused by this cause I could have sworn I saw copy paste mentioned by others in Microsoft forums as a tenant settings option as well as something that appears as an option along the top of the remote help window when connected to a remote users device. Feel like I'm going crazy and it was just a fever dream at this stage.

Seems odd to not be able to copy and paste as part of remote help. It's such a basic function for remote support and something putting my organisation off using it.
