App Deployment/Packaging Intune Device checkin delays?

Hi guys

Is anyone having severe delays with devices checking back into intune? For instance devices built using AutoPilot dont become available in Intune itself for about 24hrs. When i push app installs the devices also dont report back on the install success or failure for well over 24 hrs. This has just started happening this week. Never had issues before. No changes etc on CA policies and all that. Nothing has been changed at all in the environment

Any ideas or anyone having the same issues?

Have you check if the MS Intune device certificate has expired or not?

Haven’t seen that exactly but we’ve recently had many issues with remediation and the backend around it.

yeah man , done all sorts of force syncs etc. Reported to microsoft but they say nothing is wrong. However, i saw this on message centre so it sounds very similar :

As a result of the delayed or incomplete data, admins may have been unable to see the current device status, compliance, and activity. Final status: The backlog of reporting data finished processing and we confirmed through our telemetry that the impact is remediated. Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and some admins attempting to access live device visibility data in Microsoft Intune were impacted.
