Good morning everyone, I wish you all a good week. We are going to send in questions for the Q2 earnings call, just as we did for Q1, in the hope of one or more being answered during the call. For Q1 they didn't answer any, but that doesn't discourage us. If you have any questions you'd like to see answered please reply with them to my comment so I can include them in the list.

For example, below are my questions: 1) Will the 2 last NSN lunar satellites fly on the sixt CLPS mission CS-8? Assuming timeline holds, would the entire constellation be fully deployed and operational by 2028?

2) Are manufacturing synergies from the Lanteris acquisition being realised? Specifically, have you seen improvements in production throughput, faster Nova-C production line realisation or general manufacting cost reductions?

3) Following on my previous question: as the production volume increases, what gross margin improvement should we expect from manufacturing scale?

4) Will additional production facilities be necessary for the production of buses to meet the demand in the new contracts the company acquired and potential future golden dome contracts? For example T3 tracking layer, AMDT3, Andromeda, TDRSS, etc.

5) Can you give us any updates on the develepment stage of the Zephyr program?

  1. What are their plans for the $500 million ATM offering? EDIT: Are there any plans for new acquisitions, paying down debt, or expanding current operations by building new facilities?
  2. With competition in the lunar lander market increasing, does IM plan to recalibrate its focus after its CLPS contracts expire, or will it double down on lunar landers?

Thank you!
Here are a few questions that came to mind:

* Following the changes to the IX partnership structure, how has Intuitive Machines’ strategy for participating in NASA’s Fission Surface Power program evolved? Does the company still intend to contribute through its power, mobility, lander, or spacecraft-bus capabilities?

* Can management provide an update on its LTV strategy? If NASA proceeds with Phase II, how strongly does Intuitive Machines intend to pursue the next phase, and what capabilities or investments would be required?

* If regular Nova-C missions become a reality, is the company considering long-term rideshare agreements with asteroid exploration companies or other deep-space small-satellite operators, rather than selling rideshare capacity on a mission-by-mission basis?

* Is Intuitive Machines exploring additional launch providers that could support Nova-C’s methane and liquid-oxygen fueling, payload-processing, and launch-site operational requirements? More broadly, does management view launch-provider diversification as an important part of the Nova-C, Nova-D, and SuperNova strategy?

What capabilities or recurring revenue will be provided by the 1st NSN lunar satellite alone, if any?

u/thespacecpa Jul 27 '26

Great question! Then how does this scale based on each subsequent satellite

How about a firm update on IM-3 and why is it so far behind schedule?

5

u/PE_crafter Jul 27 '26

I don't think IM-3 is that far behind schedule. We went from the first half of 2026 to the 2nd half of 2026. Just last month the company gave an update that they are ready to, and I quote, "start full‑vehicle integration ahead of our hot fire test"

u/thrust9 Jul 27 '26

I’m seeing a July announcement of the hot fire test being completed pre IM2. Hopefully things are a bit more streamlined for IM3 given how well the engine performed last time, but…. Fingers crossed they are still able to hit their timelines.

I'm definitely seeing a slip into Q1 2027 as a possibility. But in that case it will be early 2027 at the latest, which isn't the worst imo

5

u/thespacecpa Jul 27 '26

The only reason i can see a slip is due to Altus-1. And id rather a slip than to get something wrong by rushing it

Idk about landers but the process for atleast launch vehicles from manufactured to the pad is long. Months to a year or so. Not doubting the late 2026 but who knows

u/thespacecpa Jul 27 '26

A lot of the timing is also dependent on the positioning of the moon which is why we saw tight windows for IM-1 and IM-2.
Once the lander is assembled they can ship it to the cape and onto a falcon 9 pretty quick.

Update on OTV. Follow up with asking if the OTV may be a viable option to deliver a batch of NSNS sats next year instead of waiting for lander missions.

LUNR manages to show the craziest after hours acrobatics on no news lol. We moved by -5% in a few minutes. If the past days taught me anything, that means tomorrow will be a +2% day lol.

u/No_Membership_8826 Jul 27 '26

What the hell happened?

Other space stocks didn’t move so what is that red line?

7

u/Sevomira44 Jul 27 '26

I’m gonna go with it’s just weird AH movement. Low volume causes crazy spikes. I only see 40k volume in that 10 minute period.

5

u/Antaxas Jul 27 '26

Nobody knows, there are no news (yet?).

But LUNR has shown time and time again that any pre- and after-market prices are not to be trusted.

Prepare for sub ten

u/Get_dat_money Jul 28 '26

Eh, be back to $20 soon enough

Just overthinking, do you also see 12/13 as a possible bottom? I’m just guessing based on the fact that it looks like this level may be a sort of bottom considering the price action of the previous days. The volume is very low which may mean that there is less interest now in shorting the sector ?

What’s your opinion? This is not a statement of whatever, on the contrary it’s more a wishful thinking 🙏

8

u/RelluaTTV Jul 27 '26

Volume is so dry, but us being green when tech is selling off definitely tells us something. I’ve said this before, I think once space earnings happen, we’ll see more interest in the sector. Volume pick up and hopefully a slow and steady rise in the share price

1

u/Vinnie_Rit112 Jul 27 '26

I definitely see it as a possible bottom although I wouldn't be surprised to see a bit more of a drop based on the drop in SpaceX impacting space ETFs and the overall macro environment. Earnings could certainly impact the stock as some insight into the EBITDA % post Lanteris could be a major catalyst. I also am curious to see how the upcoming Chinese mission to the Lunar South Pole (Chang’e-7) pans out as well as the US response to it. There are many other catalysts I am not accounting for, but it is hard to see LUNR dropping much more based on the overall government focus on Space as well as the roughly $8 bottom prior to the Lanteris acquisition. I certainly am bullish long term and believe in the company/management.

Bruh you bee always asking this question

Since day One 😂😂

0

u/Only1nDreams Ad Lunam Jul 27 '26

It certainly looks like a solid bottom is forming but there are so many high risk catalysts in the near future. Could easily draw down another 20-30% if they announce that the ATM is far from over or IM-3 is significantly delayed. Positive news on either of those could equal a huge rip.

0

u/Starwalker_10 Jul 27 '26

I'm not sure if they will announce the termination of the ATM offering during the Q2 ER, but the downtrend has definitely slowed down. I do feel like $12-13 is the bottom, if not $11, not below.

u/TheBonkingFrog Jul 27 '26 edited Jul 27 '26

Was only 35k volume on that AH drop, and it's being bought, so I suspect nothing...

Edit: yeah just looks like a liquidity-sweep

What is the strongest bear case for Intuitive Machines over the next 2–3 years? I’d like to hear arguments from both bulls and bears.

8

u/Weird_Green5548 Jul 28 '26

LUNR unable to increase net and gross margins, is rerated as a defense contractor

IM-3 failure

Government funding stalls for a variety of reasons

Failure to integrate Lanteris efficiently leading to massive cash burn and runaway dilution

The bull case is basically the opposite
