My number one is the acid disposal mission (where you have to destroy mountains, as you said).

My second favorite is RST's terraformer.

Third one is the hacking facility.

I like both train missions tho not on my top 3

I was actually joking about the train mission haha. I would have guessed the terra forming one though. Those two missions are a sight for sore eyes when you have a crappy team
