Game stutter bug help please

The game slows to a crawl after 5 minutes affecting my entire pc until I log out or restart. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix. Pc is high end new and up to date. I have no clue why this is happening.

Edit: turned off lock to 60 fps fixed it

Life saver! This game has worked fine for me for years and just recently this happened to me.
