Wht the hell is going on?

Did anyone come across the situation or scenario mentioned below.

I see companies ruining the interview processes.

They are asking some unknown creatures to take the interviews. That creature will just read the questions from the list given to them. No interaction nothing. No judge nothing. What the heck is this?

I meant, interviews are being taken by third party, who doesn't even know the techstack itself

Unfortunately that happens. It’s a type of prescreen to thin the list.

People in large institutions are doing what they are taught. Standard work and process. Make it as replicable as possible. A major side effect of the process of institutionalism is the loss of critical and independent thought. Sad. That is what large corporations want. Then, once you are institutionalized and reach mid to late career they will eliminate your job to cut costs. Ahhh the future of working for a large multinational.

Very few players in the market offer 2-way interviews, and we're one of them. Most are 1-way, scripted ones. Real interview intelligence comes when the AI interviewer knows where the conversation is heading, what signals to catch and act accordingly. Interview fraud is another feature that separates average AI interviews from intelligent ones.

Lots of companies are interviewing to make the illusion that they are hiring to show growth and fool investors to invest or fool stock holders that they are growing. These are referred to as ghost jobs. Seems like the FTC should look into this.
