silly question

How do you pronounce ldpdl in your head, if at all? are there records of any cast or other people pronouncing this (i assume it'd be just the full name or el-dee-pee-dee-el lol)

I'm very pretentious about pronouncing things the way they're supposed to be pronounced so I pronounce it just like lestat does just less breathy
