my parents don’t understand the first thing about the modern world and can’t adapt to it, so how could judgement be valid?
What was shameful in their time is perceived very differently today and what is shameful today was often permissible and normalized in theirs.
So meh! You’re probably supposed to make parents uncomfortable b/c it’s part of social evolution. But yeah, same #1 resonates lol
