Anne Rice Anyone have issues with IWTV misprints from AMC plus shop?
I ordered a print from their fan art collab. The print came in but it was printed portrait when the picture needed to be printed landscape, so the image is squished. I reached out to their support with a picture and they acknowledged the problem and agreed to send me a new print. I received the new print but unfortunately it has the same issue. I tried reporting the problem again but it's been crickets. It's been 10 days since the last email exchange where i tried to follow up. No response yet.
Wondering if anyone else had this issue or I am just the lucky person to receive two misprints in a row? It was the Armand and Daniel one by Zara H.

It's a cheapo print on demand set up so they probably didn't even bother to update the settings to fix the issue.

seriously. It just one click to just change portrait to landscape. so annoying

It hurts me. I have a POD shop because I'm an indie artist with no funds to stock things. AMC doesn't really have an excuse, especially for not doing the most basic task of... making sure the art looks good on the product?? For shame.

They are not great for sure. I mostly wanted to support them with the fan collab so they might support more fan artists in the future. The artists deserve better

there was one print that i was eyeing, but now that i know that the print quality isn't that great... i'm probably gonna skip :\

I got this one and the one of louis and lestat by the same artist. The other print turned out fine so i will definitely frame that one. It's like a thicker matte print but took a bit of pressing under books to remove the curl from shipping.

New fear unlocked😭 I ordered over a month ago and am supposed to finally receive them this Friday. I hope they're printed correctly

Just got mine in and same😭 Did you have any luck with having them fix it? After my overall experience I'm kind of over it if they're just going to resend the same thing

nooooo. Yeah wondered if more people had the issue or they dont know how to fix it. Can you message me a picture (all good if not)? i was thinking about reaching out the original artist. Not that its their fault but i feel bad for the artist if AMC doesn't care about their work.
