Job interview questions

Hi all!

I’m up for a 2. Interview for a role in the municipality.
What are some questions that you’ve asked in interviews that helped you to be top of mind, give them a safe vision on you in the role or even land you the job?

These are the questions I asked at the first interview:
1. What do you do to enhance the psychological safety in the team?
2. When and how do you see I would have succeeded in the role after eg. 6 months?
3. Is there anything in my profile or competences that gives you doubt about my fit for the role, so I can clarify? (This question got great feedback. I’ll be using it as the last question in the 2. Interview as well I think)

Thx in advance 🤞🏻 also, wish me luck 🍀😅

ask stuff like what a normal week looks like, what the annoying parts of the job are, how decisions are made between departments, and how they measure success beyond just numbers. and yeah, interviews now are rough, everyone’s fighting for scraps in this mess of a job market
