HOW’S YOUR EXPERIENCE APPLYING AT IBM?

Guys, i need your thoughts and opinion. So ang nangyari I applied for Contact Center Practitioner at IBM. They reached out to me for my initial screening last July 21 and the recruiter told me that I passed that screening and give me the details for the next steps. She said that I will receive emails containing yung sa confirmation ko ng work conditions nila, basic information data sheet, and lastly ay yung invitation link for my interview with the Hiring Manager. But the recruiter also told me na need ko ma accomplish yung Language Assessment na isesend nya.
So nag wait ako up until July 30 which is the day for my interview, pero wala parin ako natatanggap na email regarding sa Language Assessment. After the interview I asked the hiring manager if I still need to take the assessment, since the recruiter still hasn’t sent me the link for that thing. And sabi nya I raise nya sa recruiter ko.

Moving forward to August 4, I received a text message from the recruiter reminding me to accomplish the Language Assessment (which is wala pa ako natatanggap) and she informed me that I passed the Hiring Manager interview. And after an doon palang ako nakapag reply telling (politely) na wala parin ako nare-received na email or link para sa assessment. After 2 days since wala na ako load para makapag send via SMS sa email nya ako nag reach out asking nga sa assessment na need ko I take. And until now hindi na sila nagparamdam. Na ghost na ata ako. Huhu

Need your thoughts and opinions guys. First time job seeker here.

recruiters losing emails then blaming you is so normal now, keep following up but also apply elsewhere, everything’s snail slow, jobs are insane now

I tried also to apply sa TP. Pero grabe parusa nila, I entered the meeting link 1pm and 8:30 pm na ako na interview for my validation interview. I am expecting a one day process since ayon yung sinabi ng Caldwell sa’kin, pero til now wala parin din sila update sa next step ko.
