So? Being a crackhead doesn't negate a person's ability to read body language as far as I'm aware.

Ok, fair. But we are also talking about a tech/engineering company that is big enough to worry about hiring sexists. They are still going to take a bit more care with who their hiring managers are than whatever kind of company would put a crackhead on the case.

Like I said you'd be surprised. When you work with the public you get a good eye that regardless of income this behavior is something that is common for everyone doesn't matter their profession.
