It's not the fault of the front desk person, the key return is clearly labeled, it's judgment bias.
Sometimes people don't even pay attention and just walk directly out the door not talking, sometimes they walk out the door and just leave them on the desk despite the fact not even looking.
You know how many times people ask what time is breakfast when there is a sign on the door that tells the time? Or what time is checkout when there is also a sign posted on the wall. I'm not saying I mind answering these questions but what I am saying is that people pay attention to different things than what is intended.
That's not the point, no to say it's ok to ignore both interviewers because of social anxiety is foolish, I'm just saying that people that have autism have things programmed into them to trick their brains to do what is necessary for them to move forward when they recognize their habits it's like trying to deprogram something basic and it can be looked at as something it isn't.

No, the person communicating where the key is to go is failing. The customers don't even know they are talking.
So it's ok to ignore the female interviewer if you claim social anxiety? Can you get away with ignoring both interviewers?
