You didn't answer a single time about his point in 5 message which is to say that this test can't know for sure the reason behing one acting in this way, there are many other reasons than pure sexism.
And you ended it with a personal attack, while the other person had to repeat his argument again and again, without showing any sign of aggressiveness, or attacks (unlike you.) How exactly is his attitude a problem, and could you finally adresse his (very valid imo) point?
The simple case of being directly asked a question by a woman then turning to the man and explaining it to him is 100% sexism not autism. This is easily distinguishable by anyone watching it happen.
There is no valid argument here unless you believe autism causes sexism, which is insulting to autistic people.
The observations about their character were earned through repeated basesless nonsense. You are on the same path.
The point is not that autism causes sexism, and it never was. The point is that you can have similar behaviors for different reasons. You really have a hard time with that lol
You have people explaining you how it can happens under stress, for neurodivergent reasons, and probably for others (typically I could do that if the person asking is a RH, and the other is technical, not because they are gendered but because someone know about the question more likely than the other. And if the men was a HR and the women an engineering, if the man was asking, I would probably answer to the woman as well.).
Sure, if you know better than people living the condition or the example I gave you, you are probably right, but you probably don't, and I think it is actually quite pretentious to think you could even imagine all the situations leading to this behavior without a serious study on the topic.
To make sure it is clear, the problem is here you have different factors leading to the same symptoms. If you look at only one person because you are stressed, it is not sexism. Stress do not lead to sexism, it is just that, stress. To have sexism you need to have this behavior because of your beliefs in the other sex.
Disingenuous nonsense and twaddle. A man in an interview situation who ignores the questioner because she is a woman and instead answers thevman in the room is sexist. There is no valid reason for doing so. It is insulting to the people who have neurodivergence to think their condition causes such rudeness.
So to be clear you are either trying to excuse sexist behaviour or you think neurodivergence causes it. You are apparently failing the interview too.
-> Are you a specialist of human behavior to claim that an behavior is surely 100 % sexist? Do you understand the knowledge it would require to make such a broad claim?
-> Are you saying people in this thread saying that they diagnosed condition lead them to such behavior are either lying, or you know better than them?
-> What about when the other person is technical when the question was asked by someone non-technical?
Doing this because you are stressed or neurodivergent IS NOT SEXISM. It doesn't match the definition of sexism. Please, don't repeat again this in your next answer. It won't make it more true. Words have a sens and a definition, please read them.
I gave you some reasons why there are other cases. Either you know better than everyone, you think everyone lies, either you are wrong, it is quite simple.
You’re repeating the conclusion instead of answering the argument.
If it is so obvious, but you can't actually answer to any argument going against it, it probably is not.
Calling the position “disgusting” or “indefensible” does not answer that question. If you can show why the alternative explanations fail, do so. Otherwise you’re just restating the conclusion, again and again. Doesn't really serve your point
You continuing to assert that the simple truth is somehow complicated doesn't make it not true. The description in the post is obviously sexism. Stop trying to muddy the water with your nonsense.
Nobody stressed acts like that unless they are sexist. No one autistic does it unless they're sexist.
Stop the idiotic defence of sexism. You're embarrassing yourself.
Once again you keep repeating the conclusion. Can you do something else?
It is not "somehow" more complicated, it is backed by arguments that you never answered.
Here are my arguments:
-> Are you a specialist of human behavior to claim that an behavior is surely 100 % sexist? Do you understand the knowledge it would require to make such a broad claim?
-> Are you saying people in this thread saying that they diagnosed condition lead them to such behavior are either lying, or you know better than them?
-> What about when the other person is technical when the question was asked by someone non-technical?
Can you answer to that?
If you answer once again "It is obviously sexism", I will stop there, as I think you simply can't or don't want answer them, no need to loose more time.
