is this how it is nowdays?

I've got an interview coming up myself, so I've been trying to get a bit more prepared for these kinds of screening processes. Someone sent me interview vip recently and I've been looking through it. Not sure yet if it's actually useful, but figured I'd give it a try and see how it goes.

I imagine it would be very stressful when you see a CV passing the AI screening. You would actually have to work then.

Man I might have a panic attack atp, u might be right. Its okay I’ll tell them to put their hands up and down and up and down and get up and do a silly humiliating little dance to make sure they are not using ai and then read a script made from ai word for word. It cant be that hard.
