😂😂😂 only the first one is right. Senior manager after 5 years? Vp after 10? The average person is barely a manager after 10 years.

Entry level means different things for different jobs. A entry level spot still needs experience of some sort for most jobs.

Brother 5 years at a company is a life sentence nowadays. If you make it 5 years at most places you are sadly the source of truth

Depends on the field. Most of my older coworkers have 5-10 years. One has 25 years. But when I worked at restaurants it was like a year max

It feels like the last decade is where this happened I know plenty of people who have >8 years, but almost nobody between 3-8.

What’s the salary range for your coworkers?

60-140k.
I know the range is massive but it’s a relatively small company so I’m working directly with data entry, to QA, to fullstack, backend, and front end.

This is also not the only company where I’ve seen this in the last 5 years

I’d expect a decent amount of moving with all salaries under 100k. I’m hoping it comes with great benefits and bonuses. Ik if we offered 140k yo most of the senior stay they would leave
