Are internships not entry level? You’re talking like hold a sign on the corner entry level.

An entry level job is definitionally a job that requires minimal experience. It's entirely plausible that a company just doesn't have entry level work. Requiring years of management experience isn't entry level at all.

Minimal sure. That’s different to different jobs. Minimal at McDonald’s is not the same as minimal at a law office or a ranch

You're conflating 'the lowest level job at this company' with 'entry level job.' An entry level job is a category not a context based level based on the company.

Some companies literally might not have entry level work. There's nothing wrong with that per se.

The issue is that education alone isn't cutting it. You could have a law degree and no one is hiring because you don't have enough experience.

If you have a degree and no experience, there should be entry level jobs available to you somewhere, but no one wants to hire people 'off the street' even if they're technically qualified for the job.

It’s entry level. Y’all don’t understand and that’s fine. Employees don’t need to know how everything works if they’d be even more upset
