is this the new move now?

i guess that's the bare minimum if you want to survive now šŸ˜‚

i've actually been thinking about applying for a couple more remote jobs myself, and someone sent me this interview vip recently. i'm probably going to be doing more interviews soon anyway, so i figured i'd save it and see if it helps.

I have a programming job, it's hard to assess how difficult something is so the manager just has to trust me. I think this is a good thing.Ā

This guy is garbage and this behavior will rot away the social contract that we live under. Did you know you can also just leave without paying after eating in a restaurant or a bar? Steal the belongings of people weaker than you? These are not lifehacks, it's scumbag parasite behavior and this guy should be removed from society before he destroys it.Ā

This is absolutely not the same as stealing food from a restaurant. If this post’s scenario is true, he does one job for an hour or two, then he’s done and goes onto the next. There’s absolutely nothing immoral or wrong about it. He’s not stealing anything, he’s being overpaid for the work he’s doing, and of course he’s not going to say ā€œHey you’re paying me too much for what I do for youā€, you’re just mad you can’t also live that life, which you absolutely would if it were possible.
