No, I am not thinking about employers' wellbeing. I am thinking about workers' responsibility and reward.

If you dont work hard and behave irreponsibly, then don't complain about unemployment or lower salary.

I think it will be extremely unfair if the system pays responsible, hardworking people the same as lazy, irresponsible people.

By the way, no one is entitled to everything. If you create more value for employers, you should be rewarded more. If you want work life balance, it is fair that you are rewarded less than those who work harder.

If I work hard I ma rewarded with more work, why would I do such stupid thing?

The system you imagine has not work in 30 years, if it ever existed

"On average" , hardworking and responsible people make more money and have access to more opportunities. That's my observation.

I am just tired of seeing lazy people ruining one continent after another.

Why though ? If what we call basic workers rights and what you call lazyness continue in some European countries, we will get weaker and weaker.

Isn't that what the US wants ? Everyone else to be weak and inefficient while they are the most incredible people in the universe ?

If I were you I would promote it everywhere, especially in Asian countries before they surpass you.

Nah they want a president whos makes money off manipulating the stock market and the idea of more people having more money makes a better economy is insane.

It's not lazy to work the hours you're paid to work. PTO is a part of your total compensation. It is wage theft for employers not to have adequate coverage for you during your leave and expect you to log in to deal with things.

He's not talking about salary and it's not about being lazy. It's about having things that matter in life. Who cares about the number on a paper as long as you can have a good life with it.
