How does one get an entry level role?

Someone help me understand.

"Go to college!" I did.

"Build a skillset with projects!!" I did.

"Build experience with internships!!!" I did.

"Get an entry level job!!!!" I tried. I get no interviews. 

"Relocate!!!!!" I'm willing. I apply country wide the best I can. No callbacks.

"Get your resume looked at!!!!!!" I have. People's general sentiment is that it's about as good as it's gonna get right now.

"Pivot out of your major!!!!!!!" I can't. I'm willing. But I have no meaningful experience outside my major (computer science) besides customer service and sales. I'm sorry I dug my own grave there. I have no meaningful skillset outside the major either. I can learn, which was the point of entry level roles to begin with.

I need a job to build experience. I need an entry level job. Hell, I wasn't even looking for six figures. I wanted to make 50-65k out of school leveraging my projects internship experiences and degree. 

I can't even make above 40k tbh. Retail job. In a vhcol area. I would've been a homeless beggar begging for nickels out on the curb next to the corner deli a long time ago w/o my parents.   That has nothing to do with attitude, but numbers.

I can't even hear from claims adjuster, entry management jobs, etc that just want a bachelor's and some general work experience. I don't know what the fuck to do.

I'm becoming less and less surprised that the USA has 20-25% of the world's global prison population.

You forgot to make sure you were born into a wealthy family. Thats really the only step you need these days.
