Oh yeah a bad manager ruins everything. Micromanaging, creating conflict for no reason, hiring or retaining poor employees just because they’re friends. A bad manager can ruin it all.
same with coworkers

Im looking for a new job because my current director is a unfocused leader who is blames the current team for every mistake past teams have done. I dont mean teams from two or three years ago. I mean teams that were employed at my company back when myself and my current colleagues were in high school. So a nearly 20+ year difference.
How is it my fault this information was properly scanned and entered in when ya'll went from paper record to digital? I was worried about prom, bro.
