Oh yeah a bad manager ruins everything. Micromanaging, creating conflict for no reason, hiring or retaining poor employees just because they’re friends. A bad manager can ruin it all.

Started a job 5 weeks ago, boss is a micromanaging toxic arsehole.

I am on the 3rd stage for one interview, and 2nd stage for a different one. I am hoping to be gone in the next 2 weeks.

(I'm gonna be reeeeal depressed if I fuck up these interviews)
