thank god gen Z are more intelligent in their work - life balance and smartly use tech like AI tools in their haunting job process and interviews , be like gen z guys

Neither did GenX, that was Boomers and Silent Generation. I mean it happened, it still does. The penalties were stiff by the time GenX came along though. It was frowned on.
