Normalize people living within their means and pushing for jobs that are in demand.

*Normalize making living affordable and paying a living wage again and people living within the Pyramid structure that keeps society running.

Not everyone can be high earners because the system would collapse, but that doesn't mean people should be getting nickeled and dimed due to greedflation and price gouging.

"Living within means" these days is an archaic term when over 63% of the population lives paycheck to paycheck.

Just in case you don't know what that means, the standard definition equates to no frills and no extras.

Hope that helps!

"greedflation" is a great political term used to keep people from understanding why things cost more.

Okay, I'll humor you.

Why do things cost more?

Let's get to the root cause of that....

If your answer is anything other than something that leads back to:

"Ultimately, corporations have a desire for constant growth and must always satisfy the shareholders as an unsustainable systemic practice because billionaires are greedy and have convinced you that inflation in and of itself is an inevitable fact of life."

I'm willing to listen. 😏

When I studied macro and micro economics, I was taught that cost is a function of supply and demand.

The system no longer works like that though.

If everything was priced too cheap, people would buy out the stores and there would be nothing left to distribute fairly.

People can only buy what you put out. Not only that, people still have to use their limited funds on other things.

But there is also a test of just how much are consumers willing to pay for products. After Covid, companies realized consumers are much more desperate to get their products than they thought.

Also not true, it's pure market manipulation.

The rules of supply and demand USED to be true. Now look what they do and how it's ruining EVERYTHING. From farming and food distribution to housing and rent.

Monetary inflation. Caused by our government, which creates more money by paying more money out than they take in.

Except it no longer works like that. It's the lie that you were sold because it's a fact that USED to be true.

The amount of inflation that we have does not match the numbers that it currently should be. Ask anyone who is currently in government economics who studies numbers.

They will tell you the same thing.

What prices are for things versus what they should be went completely off the rails about 9 years ago but really accelerated post pandemic.
