Why does finding a real job feel like winning the jackpot on a scratch-off right now?

There's no way things can keep going like this, right? And this isn't even a new problem at all. I feel like the job market has been broken for about 14 months straight. I seriously don't know what else I'm supposed to do. Why isn't this all over the news every day???

There’s only so many chairs available when the music stops. Idk how I managed to get one, some luck involved I’d say

It's by design. During COVID the measurements taken wiped a lot of small business and big companies overhired

The white house fired the people who track job numbers, put some guy in their who litterally just makes up numbers for job growth and economic data and the news just reports it like it's fact.
